We may share your personal data with the following recipients (and when we do so, we will ensure that we have put in place appropriate technical and organizational measures and provided necessary guarantees for that aprotection available in case of transfers to third countries):
- Restaurants with whom you have placed an order for processing and delivery,
- the Yammi company.
- Third parties that support our services (e.g. marketing partners, partners in food, beverage and the leisure sectors based on your preferences).
- Any competent law enforcement body, supervisory or public authority, court or other third party where we believe that disclosure is necessary under applicable law or regulations.
- New owners or restructured entities in the case of a corporate restructuring, sale, purchase or joint venture that affects our business.

Our main reason for collecting and using your personal data is to fulfill our contract with you (ie to ensure that you receive your order, when and where you want it), but we can also process them, where it is in our legitimate business interests to do so.

They personal data that we can collect about you broadly falls under the following categories:
- Information that you provide voluntarily
Certain parts of our services may ask you to provide personal information voluntarily.

- Registration Information::When you create a Yammi account, register or fill out forms on the Services, we collect information about you, including your name, address, telephone number, email address and the password that you create.
- Transaction Information:We collect information regarding your orders, including payment information (e.g. your credit card number), using our payment processor's secure services. Payment activities are outsourced to us payment processors, and we do not store your credit card information in our systems. We also collect delivery information (eg your geographic address) to fulfill each order.
- Information about your marketing preferences: We collect information about your preferences regarding the receipt of marketing information whenever you subscribe or unsubscribe.
- Feedback: When you write messages and reviews of the Services or you contact us, for example, with a question, problem or a comment, we collect information about you, including your name and the content of your inquiry. Your transaction information (such as the foods you add to your basket) allows us to process your order and send you one accurate bill. They also help us and any restaurant like you orders from, with contacting you where necessary.
Yammi may contact you by email, phone or text to provide you status updates or other information or to resolve issues with your account or order. A restaurant can contact you by phone or SMS to provide you with status updates or other information regarding your order.
Where you pay for your order with a mobile payment or through a provider of digital wallet services (such as Apple-pay or Pay with Google) we send you transaction information via confirmation emails or SMS to the email address or phone number that is registered with the relevant service provider (as this is required by the providers in question).
Some restaurants on our platform use ours third party delivery companies. These companies can use yours information to provide you with status updates on the delivery of your order.
We will also analyze information about completed transactions and delivered orders based on information that matches, or statistical analyzes so that we can administer, support, improve and develop our business and services. Our analytics also help us with detecting and preventing fraud or other illegal activities or actions prohibited by our Terms or any policies applicable to the Services.
- Information regarding your marketing preferences
Yammi may market to you, where permitted by law, by mail, email, phone, mobile (ie text, in-app notifications and push notifications) about our products or services.
Where you have given your consent, we may share your information with third parties (e.g. other companies) in other sectors (such as food, drinks and entertainment) so they can tell you about goods or services that may be of interest to you.
If you do not want us to use your information in this way or generally change your mind about receiving any kind of marketing message, you can unsubscribe at any time by using the unsubscribe functionality in the message that you receive or by change your profile accordingly. - Activity Information
We analyze your buying habits and how you interact with ours services so that we can suggest food options from new restaurants that we think you'd like to try. If you choose to share your geographic location with us, we may use this information to show you content that is local to you. This information will also help to streamline the efficient and fast delivery of your order. We can also deliver customized content and advertising to you based on your previous interactions with our services and our knowledge of yours preferences that we understand from your usage and purchase history in connection with the services.
We allow you to access your order history so you can easily reorder at your favorite restaurants. We can also collect information about your interaction with our emails and others forms of communication.

We work with affiliate advertising companies that serve ads on our services at home websites and services belonging to third parties. Some of these networks use cookies that allow us to show ads that are tailored to your interests based on your internet browsing activity.

We analyze information that we collect from our third party service providers (such as Google, Facebook, Amazon and others affiliates) to understand how you interact with ours services and advertisements (eg whether you have clicked on one of our advertisements). This helps us understand your preferences and recommend you services tailored to your interests.

In providing the Services to you, depending on the circumstances, we may share your personal data with the following entities:
- Restaurants that you place orders with so that the restaurant can process and deliver the order to you.
- Companies within the Yammi companies (meaning our subsidiaries and associates, our ultimate holding company and its subsidiaries and associates) – these companies act on our behalf and process your personal data for the purposes set out in this privacy policy.
- Third parties who carry out various activities to promote and support our services. This includes offshore customer support agents, website and application support and hosting providers, marketing service providers, eCRM partners such as Salesforce, who manage our marketing emails and push notifications, companies such as Twilio that send you text messages when your order is on road, delivery companies that deliver your order to you, market research companies and payment processing providers who process payment card transactions – any of these third parties can be inside or outside your country of residence.
- As mentioned in section 2 above, we may also share information with third parties (for example in food, beverage and entertainment sectors) so they can contact you about goods or services that may be of interest to you. We will only share yours information with these third parties where you have given your consent. If you do not want us to use your personal data in this way or generally change your mind about receiving any kind of marketing message, you can unsubscribe at any time by using the unsubscribe functionality in the message that you receive or by change your profile accordingly. But we will also use yours personal data where it is in our legitimate business interests to do so (but only if our interests are not overridden of your interests or fundamental rights and freedoms). In some cases we may have a legal obligation to collect personal data about you (e.g. for the use of a litigation) or we may need to process or share them others to "protect your or another person's vital interests" (ie to help save your life or when another person's life is in danger).

We may transfer your personal data to countries other than the country where you are resident. Yammi website servers are mainly located in Germany, but our group companies and third-party service providers and partners conduct business in a number countries including Australia, Brazil, Bulgaria, Canada, Colombia, Denmark, France, Ireland, Italy, Mauritius, Mexico, Norway, New Zealand, Philippines, Spain, Switzerland, Ukraine and Great Britain. That means that when we collect your personal data, there will be need to process them in any of these countries.
Although these countries may have data protection laws that are different than the laws of your country, you can be sure that Yammi makes sure that the necessary guarantees for data protection are provided in the countries concerned in accordance with the Personal Data Regulation. Some of the necessary guarantees that we make include, where applicable, use of The European Commission's approved standard contract provisions with ours suppliers, binding corporate rules (so we can safely transfer your information between the Yammi Group companies worldwide) and entering into contracts with Privacy Shield-certified companies i USA, how appropriate.

We attach great importance to keeping your personal data secure. Therefore have we put in place appropriate technical and organizational measures and technology that meets industry standards to protect them from unauthorized or illegal processing and against accidental loss, destruction and damage.
The technical and organizational measures that we apply are intended to provide an appropriate level of security that fits to the risks associated with the processing of your personal data. Where you have chosen a password which gives you ability to access certain parts of the Services, you are responsible to keep this password confidential.
